Returns policy

If you need to return an item, please call to discuss first, within 7 days of receipt.

Unless faulty or damaged, all return products must be in resalable condition. Any yarn returned must be in its original packaging and unopened. It will not be accepted for return if it has been wound from a skein into a ball. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and products should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt together with your contact details, including your phone number, email address and delivery address. We will not accept any liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

If your order is incorrect or your items are damaged in transit to you, we will refund your purchase and cover the cost of the return postage. Replacement merchandise will be sent at no additional cost.

Parcels are sent using Australia Post and while all care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages or if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Any refund on a gift voucher is made to the purchaser via the method used to initially make the gift voucher purchase.

All prices advertised on the website and written material are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

While every care is taken in photographing products to ensure a reasonable accuracy in the depiction of colour and texture of the yarn, due to the differences in the calibrations of individual monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen will be an exact match to the colour of the yarn.
